Lost money

I just need some direction. I played on several merge sites that went down. Has anyone played on there that was able to get there money off of a down site or get it transferred. I have well over a hundred dollars on feltstars is it gone. Some advice please.

I think that you lost your pendant bonus.I had 50$ but it was pending bonus but I lost too.
