What should I do?
I withdrew $2000.00 on December 6th, 2012 .. after months of useless support help and bs responses I finally got in touch through e-mail with "Shane" in late March and he had told me that my withdrawal was in the next batch that would be processed.. well he was right and it processed on March 28th... When I had nt received my money in the issued timeframe of 7-14 days I obviously became more worried and frustrated. I then got e-mailed him again and he said he would try and find out what was going on and then told me this...Hi Ryan,
I have sent your details over to the cashier manager but havent gotten a specific reply yet.
I do know that they are working through the cashout backlog as quickly as possible and hope to have all the old cashouts cleared very shortly.

Since this I have e-mailed him 4 times with no response.. so my question is this. What should I do?
