Good morning. I was wondering if anyone had experience with the cashout process on juicy stakes. I requested a withdrawal about a week ago and hadn't received any sort of follow-up at all. Literally, nothing to confirm my request; it is listed in my "transaction history" though. I have sent several e-mails and they've responded almost immediately both times. The below responses worry me a bit though. Any thoughts or advice for me to speed this process up? Thanks!

Hello Jordan,

Thank you for your email. Our apologies for the delay with your cashout, I'm afraid we are behind our typical processing times at present but hope to be caught up shortly and have your cashout processed soon. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards,

John

Hello Jordan,

Thank you for your email. Please be advised that our cashier team is working on this as a matter of priority, unfortunately we cannot provide you with a definitive time frame at this time and doing so would only add to your frustration. Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards,

John

I have never heard of it myself, but did a quick google search and think it is a good sign they are part of the Cake Network.
Good luck.

^^^ yeah, definitely apart of Cake Network. My advice is to be very persistent with them. That seems to be the best tactic with their network anyway.
Don't be too astonished if the withdraw process takes up to three months or so. Not to get your hopes up but it's pretty common.

Thanks. Yeah, I did my research before registering on their site. I honestly did not see a single negative thing about Juicy Stakes. That said, there were many complaints about Cake. If they are the same company, I may be in trouble...:(

Those emails look very very simular to my hard time with cake about a year ago.

Took 8 weeks to process and in total took around 3months before I received my money. I did receive it though thankfully.

I always told myself I would never use cake network with my own money for these reasons.

That last email is laughable as I remember it still to this day the exact word for word apart from it being a different customer advisor. The whole "As this would only add to your frustration" lark really did get me frustrated at the time.

Basically if I'm honest with you, it's the same crap I experienced with cake themselves and I ended up sending emails each day because of it (Money wasn't relevant at this point) never really was either as it was only just over $100.00 but they kept fobbing me off as their emails was all rubbish and I even said be honest and tell me you are having difficulty with funds, I'd much prefer this but they never did nor did they deny it either. You have to keep on at them.

Search archive and see one of my threads regarding cake, I think I posted the emails I received their too.

Goodluck I hope it goes better for you...I hope it isn't the ordeal I had.

I really appreciate your input. Thanks!

Random question, is there really anything I can do? Are my threats as empty as I think they are?

By the way, in about two weeks, I turned a $100 deposit into $2700. So, money is the issue here, thankfully :) .

Nothing you can do apart from send them emails all the time. They will still spout the same rubbish, I send "threats" as such but they will just be apologetic I'm sure day in, day out they have numerous emails like yours and are constantly behind with processing..

You just have to ride it out and wait basically, but if you're persistent, I'm sure they put more persistent peoples processing through quicker. You could also tell them you're making people aware of the slow withdrawal methods on the most popular of poker forums etc which might worry them because if they get a bad name in say 2+2 forums or pocketfives, this could potentially lose them a lot of custom. Make sure you post emails though if you do this.

So in general yes, your threats will be empty threats as nothing illegal is taking place.

Wow nice work and I would be slightly pumped about getting that sort of cash back to!

Keep at them, daily if needs be. Send the same email over and over with slight edits in and keep bombarding them. Makes you feel slightly better :p

Goodluck.

^I'd just like to add, make sure you link any threads you do start about the matter (obviously including this one) w/ all emails sent to support. They may very well contact you directly through a thread you post, once you've got their attention.

I would go around posting anything just yet. It has only been 1 week. Very common for withdrawals to US players these days to be measured in months not weeks.

I'm not freaking out quite yet. I just feel as though I should get some sort of e-mail confirmation that my cashout request has been received and being processed. I've played on numerous poker sites and sportsbooks and I've received confirmation e-mails every time when requesting a payout. I can be patient, I just want to confirm that they're working on it...

Well, it's been over 3 weeks now...and my withdrawal request is still "pending". They continue to blame the US government and the industry for these delays. At what point should I be concerned?

This is the e-mail I get every time I inquire...

Hello Jordan,

Thank you for your email. I'm afraid we are experiencing delays at this time. We can only apologize for this and assure you that we are working on getting on top of the delays. These delays have been imposed on us due to the current situation within the industry in the US. Cashout methods available to us are both limited and restricted meaning it is not as simple as cutting a check for player. Delays continue to fall and our cashier is hopeful we will be back to our normal timeframe in the near future.
Thank you for your continued patience in this matter.

Please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Kind Regards,

I have been waiting for 32 buisness days, this site is a joke. Recommend to all US players NEVER PLAY ON THIS SITE. Yes, they will accept your deposit instantly and never cash out for you.

I requested my cashout on April 30th and have not received a check or even an update. I'm starting to believe it's not coming...any additional thoughts regarding my situation? Should I just stay patient?
