Subject: Juicy Stakes Withdrawal request

Dear James,
I hope this finds you well and thank you for choosing Juicy stakes!
Unfortunately your pending withdrawal of $428 via Check has been declined.

This is due to you not meeting the Frequent Player Points (FPP) requirement that would qualify you to receive a cash-out.

I ask that you accumulate 1025 FPPs before your next withdrawal.
Should you have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me!

Best regards,

Nikki

Jolub
I was told by email that I need an another 1075 FPP to make a withdrawal,

Jolub
this is ab out 400-500 $5.00 buy ins
Jolub
How can this be?

Maxine
The information was sent to you by our management team in regards to the points that you are required to accumulate, this is determined by our Management team.

Jolub
Where can I read about this on JS?

Jolub
This was never mentioned to me before.

Maxine
I do understand, however these requirements are determined by our Management team.
Jolub
Where can I read about their requirements?

Jolub

Maxine, are you still with me?

Maxine
I am still with you.

Jolub
Are you going to answer my question?

Maxine
I regret to advise that this is not stated on our website, however it is determined by our Management team.

Jolub
Yes, I know because no one would make a deposit.
Jolub
Maxine, are you still with me?

Jolub
I'm also unable to email you.

Maxine
Sorry for the delay.

Maxine
I am unable to go above our Managements decision.

Jolub

Juicy Stakes has been in business since October 2013 and our policy remains the same.

Welcome to Juicy Stakes Jolub, Caslyn will be right with you. Your chat ID is SMX041816111230-15935.

Jolub
thank you

Caslyn
I will be more than happy to assist with your query.

Jolub
How much rake have I paid this April?

Caslyn
You have 43.23 in rake thus far.
Jolub
I would like to make a free withdrawal

Jolub
What do I do?

Caslyn
You just need to submit your withdrawal

Jolub
What about the free part?
Jolub
Caslyn are you still there?

Caslyn
It's not required to be requested.

Caslyn
Once you submit the transaction and you qualify

Caslyn
It will be offered

NOTE: Nothing mentioned about the FPP secret requirement. For a $5.00 buy in, $4.68 for the prize pool and $.32 for the rake. Plus 2.24 Frequent Player Points for participating in the tournament.

1075/2.24 = 479.91 games. Which is nearly an impossible number of games to play. There is also no guarantee that this number would be revised upwards.

"I regret to advise that this is not stated on our website, however it is determined by our Management team."

Seems that they can arbitrarily make the FPP requirement whatever they want off the top of their head. Unreal.

It sounds very bad guys, I am sorry to tell you but before you invest even your time in a poker site, look for their ratings.
besides cardschat there are places like the casinomeister where they have the Rogue casinos and Poker places not to play on.
Wish you luck in a better site.

I posted this same post there. When the Cake skins were closing, I was forced to transfer my money to Juicy Stakes. There's no telling how much they've stolen from their players.

It's interesting to note that Cardschat is giving Juicy Stakes a thumbs up. So I guess it's okay to play there.

So does anyone ever review these recommendations?
