For those that have any experience with this, I was recently told you can only withdraw up to Poker Limit, but this limit resets and refills my account with any additional funds I've earned, is that true?

Also if my limit is say $200 and I earned $300 of freerolls, what happens to the other $100 and is there anyway to withdraw the entire amount eventually even with the limit?

I'm interested in the responses to this. I recently passed $200 in my IT account. The account on the poker page says my "Poker Limit" is $200 (USD). Meanwhile, on my "Account" page, my balance is listed as well over 200 CAD (I am in canada). When I won some money in a CC freeroll recently, my poker balance stayed at 200 USD, and my account balance increased.

you just have to play through enough rake from your FR winnni gs... cc should be able to "up" your poker limits, they have for me in the past

Hello.
On this site, it is unrealistic to withdraw money. Therefore, for me it is a site with virtual money.

withdrawal woes

I started playing IT last week, after years away, and hit a very hot streak. I also play better now but still... so I request a withdrawal of less than half of my account and they start with the ID verification stall. So i jump thru all the hoops listed and got an e mail that my withdrawal was successfully submitted.... then 3 days later I get another e mail saying I had to send a picture of me holding the picture ID I had submitted (passprt) and to be sure that all the tiny details in the passport were clearly visible in the picture of me holding it next to my face...

I can already imagine what the next stall will be...

Its too bad because I think the limited players and low stake games make winning easier, especially with only 1 hr late registration in tourneys (I dont play cash games and the SnG's have very little action). Software is old but still I ilke playing there,

Now if I could only get some cash back...

I will update my experience with Intertops, I really wish CC would try to intervene since they are pushing "huge" traffic to that site.

Over a month ago, I requested a withdrawal because I wanted to see what they would demand. Step 1 - deny request because account is not authorized. OK - I sent all the documents that they requested almost 1 week later they tell me Congratulations your account is verified. Great- WooHoo

Step 2 request withdrawal- after acknowledgement that I am in que, a week goes by and nothing....send a support e-mail , I don't know exactly but another 3-5 days goes by and I am denied because I have won some freeroll money. The letter tells me I owe total of $33.33 in rake.

Step 3 - request withdrawal after sending in sharkscope page which tells you rake but only tourney rake not cash rake. So I happily punted off some rake in cash games. I actually broke even except for the rake, anyway I know I am over the number they told me.

Step 4 - requested a withdrawal a few days ago. I just received an E-mail saying I owe $68 in rake so minus the rake I paid I now owe $37 , which is more than the total they gave me last month.

Come on people at Intertops. What does this look like to anyone with a brain?? You tell me I owe you a number and I grind for a month straight and pay you what you asked for and now you just double the number. EDIT: Just to be clear, I did not play any freerolls for over a month. I forgot I signed up for the Big CC freeroll and I had to get in there and punt off my stack just so I did not blind in the money and have them hold that against me.

My understanding is the "poker limit" has nothing at all to do with your withdrawal. It is a number that you can't go over while playing poker?? You can ask support to change that if you are planning to get in a high stakes game where you might lose $200 at a session?? Otherwise it tops you off to 200 after a day or maybe 2 days, I am pretty sure it tops off the next day.

I have found that playing buyin mtts when I play the freerolls basically eliminates the problem. I have grown very leery of the sngs after seeing all the regs with identical stats.

intertops withdrawal

I had no trouble with documents submitted before making a cash out of poker winnings ( I did make a $450 original deposit ) . However , I was stunned to learn the site was charging a $50 fee to send me a check ! ( in fairness , you might be able to withdraw almost cost free using bitcoin ) . As others have noted the gall + greed of this site seems unlimited .

This is sad.Quite bad reviews.I also had too much trouble with verification and got there finally. But after reading these and having trouble with poker limit with my own money already i dont think i be sticking around there to find out what a drag my next withdrawl request will be.The first dragged on and on and they wouldnt verify for weeks till my hundreds of pounds or whatever was gone, then they verified but i dont think ill waste my time again.Thats a real shame because i enjoy playing there.

I am very happy to hear that you have a good "relationship" with Intertops. It seems you are one of a few. My account started with a freeroll win from CC, BUT- after winning 2 and making the money in 1 or 2 more, I moved to playing their 1 to 6 buy-ins and was doing rather well.

So I attempted to withdrawal some cash, I was repeatedly sent through "hoops" which I did , no problem. Finally after being told I needed to rake $33.33, I grinded pretty hard for 6 weeks and discovered that Sharkscope will tell you your total rake paid for tournament games only, no cash. So with receipts prepared showing that I was over their stated number of $33.33 I submitted a withdrawal just to be denied and told, Sorry, you were given bad information, in fact, I owe $65 in rake and I have $37 more to pay??? What? This is more than what I started off 6 weeks ago and I did not play another freeroll.

Finally, I asked in my E-mail if I make a deposit will that free up my account?? This was just ignored by support. So you all can take that for what it is worth, I know what I think it means to me.

I don’t know about withdrawals, as I haven’t managed to get that far, but I sent my documents to them about a week ago only to receive an email back from the support team saying that they need a colour image of the back of my drivers license and also a picture of me holding my license next to my face. I think this kind of verification is a bit extreme and intrusive. Hopefully they send me a message back soon to say it’s verified, because I can’t even increase my poker limit (I.e. can’t play poker with money) even though I have funds in my wallet. Other than that I do like playing on the site. Had some luck with the freerolls, but unfortunately that is all I can play there until they verify my account [emoji17]

Can someone please explain to me how the rake is accumulated at intertops?

This might sound like a silly question, but it is really baffling!!

I remembet this. I had the same issue years ago. It was because they want to set a limit which i thougth was foolish. I mean on bcp, you could transfer funds anytime you want and how much you want. intertops does this because i think they rather have you bet in the book and online casino as oppose to poker. That was the reasoning others said years ago.
