Ignition Poker - wont let me cash out

Is anyone currently able to cash out from ignition Poker. I have tried every option they have to cash out. I have tried bitcoin, wire transfer and courier check. They all end with a message asking for a code sent to my phone which never comes. the resend code link is not active and so I am now stuck. I had great faith in the site and now I'm feeling like I have waisted so much time building up my bank roll there. I hope this gets resolved but I am currently not very optimistic about getting my money. I would love any feedback or help from the poker community.

I never opened and account on there. I have seen very many players complaining about withdrawal issues on there. I have also seen some players writing that they were able to withdraw with no problems. Hopefully a Cardschat member who was able to withdraw there would respond to this thread and give you some advice on what to do.

All I can advise you is to keep trying to get your funds. Maybe reach out to the support on there webiste or via email. You must stay optimistic and hope for the best. It is so hard to build up a roll on any poker room and very frustrating when you encounter issues in receiving your money, I empathise with you.

Have you tried their live chat? It can take a few minutes to get them to respond but I have found them to be helpful.

Just contact them. Why would you post about this before just contacting them?

They've been the most reliable site over the years on securing funds and withdrawls. Not even pokerstars has been as reliable. So just take a breath, and contact them and I'm sure you'll get it sorted out.

I'm sorry that happened to you. I've never had a problem there, I made 4 cashouts over the last few weeks all with bitcoin and got them the same day or the next day

I am having the same problem and its been going on for weeks and yes I have contacted them many a time.
