I am having issues with WPN , they wont let me use my visa to deposit again. they asked me to certify my account bla bla and i said ok thats fine. so in the meantime i am waiting for them to accept my deposit can someone sell me bitcoin or send money to me on acr or bcp or bitcoin; i have netspend and paypal to make a payment.
