I will be honest here. I posted my replay and personal email on the forum to help solve problems of players under the old management. I got your email and saw that support issued you a coupon to the satellite of the $50,000 guaranteed instead of the actual tourney. This is of course an honest mistake and not done on purpose.
Now, after I saw your email, I've credited your account with $109 real money to play in the tourney or play in the ring tables. Of course you can't withdraw it right away. But, then I went and saw your post in the forum about us. I'm sure that like you emailed me in person and like I replied to the problem and took care of it in person, you could have emailed me and say "Hey, I didn't get the coupon, can you please have a look and help me sort it out". I would have helped and sort the issue, same way we sorted all other issues for players and I don't think you will find any WalkerPoker player who has a problem with a withdraw or anything else which isn't being taken care of. Our team is checking the players on a daily basis, 12 hours a day to make sure nothing goes wrong. Mistakes like the coupon entry happen but going over the forum and posting what you just did is not the way to act and solve such a problem. We are doing our best to fix the bad name the old management gave to Walker and I think we have proven ourselves so far.
Just to clarify, your deposit and rake are less then the compensation you got and it shows our good intentions in building WalkerPoker up and make sure people trust the name and the people behind it.
