i cant withdraw from Pokerstars.es in Euros

With neteller/skrill i am not allowed to change the withdrawal currency to Euro. I dont see the manage currency option as well. Any ideas how to fix this?

I think that cannot be changed when it comes to Skrill and Neteller. It's available upon registration only and unfortunately it's not optional later on.
