i cant withdraw at 888 poker pls help me

to start this i did not deposited any from 888 poker. I won $5 on freeroll tourney and my bankroll grew in the holdem tables till i reach the minimum payout of $20 but still i cant withdraw my money the payment option would not show after i put $20 in the box. i would like to withdraw this money through paypal but i cant. pls someone help me.

NOTE: i did not receive my $8 sign up bonus.. so definitely i started from $0 till i reach $20.

pls help me. i dont know what to do. i dont want to waste my effort earning that money.

in my opinion its not worth withdrawing 20, but thats my opinion. mabe you have to deposit so the option of withdrawing is available

Check site rules on freeroll winnings. Many times you have to earn certain amount of frequent player points to clear freeroll winnings just not sure about 888 as I don't play there.

Contact support and ask them what their withdrawal requirements are.

It looks like he needs $100 in his account to withdrawal $20. 888 has some odd withdrawal requirements

Most sites require you to have deposited money first or accumulate so many points before you can withdraw free money. Check with the support or read the T&C of the site. We can't really help you! :\

Quite a few sites have Terms and Conditions related to money won in freerolls. Often you need to generate at least the same amount in rake before you're able to withdraw that money, or any fund earned with that free money.

You might also need to first make a deposit before being able to withdraw. Email their support and see.

Just seen another bit regarding deposits which applies to people who have deposited in the past. As you havent deposited at all then your conditions are probbaly the same as others who havent deposited in the last 12 months

Should you have not actively used your chosen payment method to deposit to your account for more than 12 months, this withdrawal option may no longer be available.
