HUGE Full Tilt Poker Quick Deposit Problem

I opened a FT account in September 2010 and used quick deposit as my method for depositing, it just came out and offered a $50 bonus I think. Over the course of 4-5 weeks I deposited four or five times to FT, successfully. That was back in Sept/Oct, and the amounts have still not been debited from my account.

It causes me enormous stress to have this "debt" to FT hanging over me and it keeps reminding me of the money that I lost. I haven't played FT, or poker since. Throughout December, January and February I emailed FT every day asking them for any resolution, or anything at all that they can do for me and nothing, I would just get a generic email like the one below, every time. Saying there was nothing they can do for me. I offered to pay in cash, check, money transfer and they declined. Then, in Feb/Mar, they just stopped replying to me, I must have sent them 15 emails without response.

Does anyone have a similar experience, or advice?

Thanks.

EMAIL

Hello *****,

Thank you for emailing full tilt poker Support.

We understand your concern and bring our repeated apologies for the delay, however, we are still not in a position to provide any update on the subject. Once we have arranged for the pending transactions to be processed we will contact you to notify of the processing timelines. At this point we cannot accept a direct repayment or settle the charges manually.

We are working as a priority with our third party processor to resolve this delay and will contact you in advance of this transaction being processed.

Thank you for your patience. If there's anything else we can do for you, please feel free to email us.

Regards,

Yevgeny

Many are having this problem, and for some the withdrawl comes out of the blue after a few months. Full Tilt cannot provide an answer, probably because they don't have one, it is the laws and the banks in the US. They are already getting tons of those emails, and if you are emailing them everyday, I can't blame them for not replying. They will contact you when they get to your issue.

Why is there a problem withdrawing? I'm about to make my 1st withdrawal. Should I expect problems?

Some members are experiencing problems with the echeck because of the bank crap. You may want to request a paper check.

Always cashed with paper checks and never had a problem yet but they must be having problems cuz someone I know just had a $500 check bounce so that's no guarantee. They put it back for him + the bad check fee but the hassle......

There recent processor is doing fine IMO with withdrawals and I have recieved all my withdrawals to my bank recently with no delays or issues and I know other members here have as well. Don't just request a paper check. Withdrawals to your bank account are much faster. If u have made successful deposits with your bank account then you should have no issues getting your withdrawal. To the OP, there is not much u can do. There processor's at that time last year created alot of problems for full tilt. THey have since replaced that processor and are trying to go back and recoup there money. Last month I had money taken from my checking account that I deposited in November of 2010. Just be patient my man. Its all good.

Also to the OP. Id like to give u one thing to hopefully ease your mind a little. Full Tilt has told you they will give you prior notice before they take this money from your account. They will. When they took my two deposits last month they gave me 3 days notice each time via email before they took it. So just keep checking and stop sending repeated emails. You complain that they dont respond but its because of you and thousands others sending multiple multiple emails, and they can not weed through all those instantly. It takes time.

I don't suggest this. Only cause I had one returned last week. Maybe they have fixed this issue but......LOL! I mean, how embarrassing:eek:.
