How do I use Bovada bitcoin withdrawal?

I opened a bread wallet account and a coinbase account. From what I've read I am suppose to withdrawal from bovada to bread wallet. Bread wallet to coinbase then from coinbase to bank account. Can I send money into my capital one 360 checking account from coinbase? And at what point does the payout exchange into dollars? Also if anyone has any useful tips on using Bitcoin please post a response.
