How to deposit in late 2017 for Serbs?

Does anyone know how to deposit, i have some problems with banca intesa visa electron card it wont let me put my money on neteller or skrill, so what bank shoud i use and what is the best method?

There is no need to replenish the account from the card. It is enough simply to replenish in any other way, and to withdraw funds in the future, order their card (Serbia after all is an EU member?).

i kinda not understand you, i have a problem to transfer money from my vise to skrill or neteller, dont want to take not gambling or gambling money idk whats the problem, but i think my current bank has issue to transfer to skrill or neteller i think i need to change my bank.

I have the same problems, I use the visa internet card and it's also impossible to transfer from the card to the pokerstars directly, I have not tried on a netteller or scrill ... I think that solution for us is mastercard or raiffeisen bank with an internet card???

I was yesterday in raiffiesen bank they told me that i would have no problem depositing money on skrill , but however you need to have at least 40e to make their visa valid without money to deposit on any poker site , if you want to deposit at least 10e you need to have 40e to make the card valid , pay the whole year or two years for card maintenance with is 0.5e a month that is around 10e , 20e to hold into your card witch you get back when your card is shut down , its pretty expencive

dudes, you gotta change your bank, if you have nova banka there i can suggest that you get theirs debite card, it works for me. i can transfer the funds on netteller and paypal

i think thats problem too , i dont think that we have a nova bank but thanks for reply anyway
