Not to back the profitable poker websites, but in the USA it just is not quite that easy. If you want to rant, do it on the US Governments back, since they are the ones directly causing the delays to getting your monies.

They are actively trying to bust any poker processors by any means possible, including acting as poker players, depositing money, then withdrawing money to find out how the processors work, then close them down.

It is a constant war between the poker sites trying to pay, and the Govt trying to stop them.

I am on a site right now where you can get your money in 3 days!!!

I think Juicy is on the same network as Lock and Cake. Doesn't mean they're going to have as good of a cashier or support team, but honestly your wait time isn't much different than any other site that's available to US players.

+1 to what WEC said, take out your frustration on the government.

ACR Debit Card withdrawal.

But several sites are offering w/d's that average two weeks or less at the moment, including Intertops, Bovada, Lock.

Technically speaking, you can get 1 day withdrawals on Carbon (and other popular Merge skins, other networks that offer p2p transfer as well), by using Transfer Threads and p2p Transfer (although if done properly it takes a bit of research and comes with some risk of loss of funds - but almost zero risk if done right)

I requested my cashout on April 30th and have not received a check or even an update. I'm starting to believe it's not coming...any additional thoughts regarding my situation? Should I just stay patient?

Wow, others on here may disagree, but there is no way in hell I'd let this go for two months without at least trying to follow-up with them and get some sort of update, at least. IMO, if you don't keep after them, you'll likely never see your money, or if it comes, it'll be months and months later.

I e-mailed them EVERY day for a month starting on May 1st. Since then, I follow up once a week. Same ol' story: it's the US government's fault, but you will get your money...

Ok, well every day seems a little extreme, but unfortunately I think you're going to need to keep after them if you ever want to see your money. All sites that accept US players face the same hurdles, yet most manage to pay-out significantly faster than this. Why can other sites manage it, and they cannot?

Just my 2 cents, this is why I'm hesitant to play significant stakes poker online these days. I play a little on Carbon for fun and been trying duplicate poker out lately (its different) like skillbet. I hope they legalize online poker by state soon.

Juicy Stakes is a Cake/Revolution Skin. Most Cake Network skins have been taking 3 months and more for cash-outs.

If you must play Cake/Revolution Network skins you are best advised to play Lock and Intertops (not taking new US Players) which have historically had the quickest payouts, or the larger skins like Cake Poker, where you can at least trade your money off using 2+2 Transfer Thread w/P2P Transfer and NetSpend, GreenDot.

People really need to quit playing these tiny unheard of poker skins.

Juicy Stakes is where they have herded all the U.S. players. Requested my payout on November 11th, guess I still have a few months of waiting.

We aren't sure yet. There is hope that Juicy may be faster.

Juicy Rip-Off

I have never heard of anyone EVER receiving ANY cashouts from Juicy Stakes. I have cruised the tables (at JS) I have posted on forums, and asked around in every way I can think of. I have posted in other forums here letting everyone know that Juicy Stakes has been holding on TIGHTLY to my cashout since mid October when I first submitted it.
I have written many, many emails and all of their responses sound exactly alike, and anybody who has emailed them (you can't call--no phone number) knows exactly what that sound is: Very sorry, we know how you feel, we hate it too, you will get you money, we don't know when, blah, blah.
STAY AWAY FROM JUICY!!!! Even if you do get your money (I repeat--I've never known it to happen) sometime in the years after your cashout...how can you operate your BR that way? They are the same as Cake. In fact when Cake wouldn't pay me my cashout, they passed me over (without notifying me or obtaining my consent) to Juicy Rip-Off. I've been waiting for that money for about 6 months. Nothing.
STAY AWAY FROM JUICY!!!!!

You can manage your bankroll by using Player2Player Transfer and getting money withdrawn to many avenues using online resources. It sucks you have to pay 20-30% to get this done, but it is better than waiting months for traditional withdrawal methods.

Best of luck getting your money. It is too bad the US Govt did this too you (us)
