I just cashed out $3000 and got the check yesterday. I went to the ATM and found that the deposit doesn't go through. :(

what can i do? anyone has the same problem?

BTW I have one question about the tax for income from online gaming. My annual income is around 60k, if i made money from online gaming like 20k a year, will that 20k part be taxed? Looking forward for reply......

so worried!

Bring the check inside to your bank.

If there is an issue, call bovada and they will handle it.

You are responsible for "reporting" any poker income. There really isn't anyway they will find out you won 3k...

Like mentioned above you have to take it inside your bank and deposit it.
Im sure there wont be any problem what so ever with the check,as I have cashed many times with bovada and never a problem.
If applicable and avalible I always choose moneygram or western union withdraws from them.
as far as claiming online wins,it can be left at your discretion.
I personally dont give them s*** if I can help it.
They already get to much of my money lol.

I tried doing a mobile deposit since my "bank" is actually a brokerage firm that doesn't have atms. That didn't go through, so I had to take the check into my bank's branch, and then they had to overnight it to their international department. It took 6 days to get the check, and 2 weeks for it to clear. I thought it was kinda funny that it took my bank longer to process it than it did for Bovada to get me the check. I didn't go into this thinking it would be quick getting poker money. It doesn't make me any more patient for the Carbon check I'm waiting on.

You should probably report your winnings to your tax accountant I.E. H&R Block or whoever to be safe. Your winnings are indeed taxable and to avoid problems should be claimed.

Do NOT let the teller know it's from an online poker site.
