I deposited USD500 to PS from Click and Buy (after depositing via credit card) and withdrew USD600 shortly.

I then messaged them twice as to how I can withdraw that USD 600 from them to my bank account overseas and I have not gotten a single reply!

Searching across Google I came across terrible reviews of them and I am beginning to see there is no hope to get that USD 600 out.

I even messaged pokerstars (who recommended using that method since other methods were giving trouble) about it and they then said they just took Click and Buy offline!

Any suggestions guys how I can get out my money? Any experiences to share?

I would think that PS would have many options available for withdraws for you guys in the UK.

This is something you should have done BEFORE you put your money in their hands. Did you already withdraw to your Click to Buy account?

Just a suggestion, and this may sound dumb, but check your junk mail folder and make sure their emails aren't going to that folder. Maybe you have to verify your account or something?

Nope, I am no longer in the UK (completed my studies) and since have returned to Malaysia. The only method for me to withdraw seems to be by cheque but PS has blocked off my access to CLick and Buy and the money left in PS is for me to build my BR.

I've checked my junk mail, no replies. So it seems I have USD 600 stuck with CLick and Buy. Very few merchants use them so that means I cant buy something to get the money out.

I used to use neteller but ever since I've returned they've blocked my account coz of change of location. I even tried using entropay but their service kinda sucked for me too.

Now, I'm stuck with the USD600 with Click and Buy account with no reply from support. I might try giving them an international call and worse case, will need to report to the FSA. (UK's regulating body)

*sigh*

More complicated than that..

Well, not quite blocked but there was a good amount of confusion and then, silence. I had to deal with Neteller international and I had 2 email accounts and replied to a query from another by accident, they blocked my account.

Clarified about that and somehow I got no replies after I successfully changed my account's details.

After that, it all went quiet.

Doesn't help I'm in 3rd world country. Sigh.

Anyhow, I've done what I can about his. I guess I just need to write this whole incident off and accept my loss.

Now you can withdraw from PS only by cheque? No other methods, neither moneybookers/skrill is working for you?
What is the situation for you at other poker sites?
May be you can try some trade, PS for something else or also may be someone can use Click and Buy and can trade it for someting else.

Other good solution that comes to my mind is to find some pokerroom that accepts Click and Buy deposits and move it there and after some playthrough try to get it out in another way, or deposit into other pokerroom by other method first and then by Click and Buy as well so you can more easily withdraw by the first method later.
Hope this doesn't seem too chaotic :)
