Hi. I was lucky enough to take down the midnight madness tournament on FT the last night of February. I submitted the withdrawal for $5300 almost immediately using 'Premium Bank Wire' in the early hours of March 1st.

I have no idea why they call it premium because obviously it is far from it. I have yet to receive the money. I'm growing more and more worried as the time passes... it is now the 4th of April. The 10-15 business days they said I would be waiting have long since passed, and emails to the site's support take three days to garner a response, which is stock and doesn't address any of the issues I write to them about directly.

This is beginning to feel like beating my head against a brick wall. Has anyone else out there had this problem? Should I be worried or will this money be in my bank account before I know it? I'm hoping someone out there knows what kind of timeframe I'm looking at.

Thanks guys.

If you are in the US, the banks and Fult have been having a rough go at communication thanks to our government. You may want to see if you can request a paper check.
I would not be worried, it will eventually get worked out.
Good luck.

There is no telling when you will get your money but you will get it eventually. Whatever you do be polite as possible with staff. You will be more likely to get a little compensation for your troubles(but not guaranteed!)

Here are similar threads if you are looking for a time frame. As you can see in one of the threads(1rst one)my last "premium bank wire" was returned to my FTP account. Then I cashed out in check form. It came in 10 business days but there were ISF in account to cover it so it was returned. I have my cash for it right now but may owe check cashing place.

Not FTP's fault, but completely annoying!

On the other end with 3rd party processors:

Hope this helps. It sucks ass but you will get paid.

Not that its much consolation, but the hassle getting money out of US poker sites is unreal. This is going back a few years even before the legislation to stop online poker.

I deposited at Fulltilt and absolute and that went though no problem whatsoever. But when I came to withdraw - not much more than a few hundred pounds. Then the hassle started. Whats your passport number, can we see a copy, whats your driving licence number, can we see a copy? We need to see copies of the front and back of the card you used to deposit? we request to see a utility bill (Well, if you live at home and dont have your full name on a utilty bill god help you!) I mean what a load of bull.

You let me deposit and I come to withdraw you want to know everything about me bar my blood type, and to be honest I would not have been surprised if they wanted samples of that as well. I think it took about a month to get my money from full tilt and I seem to remember dumping my absolute balance to a mate who had gone through the hassle previously and could actually withdraw.

Right joke you can deposit just like that and they take the pee when you actually want your money.

I only play though Uk/Gibraltar based rooms now. You deposit with a debit card and withdraw to a debit card which takes 2 working days...no questions asked. And if you have a question there is the online chat support that doesnt take 3 days to get a reply from.

Rant over.

I hope they fail the transfer the first time. Reason behind it is because if they fail and credit your money back that you tried to withdraw, they'll give you bonus of certain amount. I tried to withdraw $150, but somehow failed once. They gave me $25 to compensate for that. After all, if they fail, free money is not a bad thing, right?

But of course, if you're desperate and need that money immediately, then sorry to hear and hopefully works out as quickly as possible.

I got something twice out of four times now. Maybe three as I asked them for some to credit me for bad check fees. Plus I have money going back in my FTP account again after two failed withdraw attempts(taking nearly 2 months). Still haven't got money yet. I have to withdraw it again. I'm just trying to decide what method I will try this time. Don't seem to matter. I'm not really counting on ever getting my money(although I prolly will). So much for new computer:(.

Just received e-mail yesterday at 6pm stating not to cash check it is bad. LOL. No shet! Gee coulda let me know BEFORE I cashed it.

Frustrating, but if you live in U.S. and want to play online poker, get used to it. At least for the present time anyway. I'm gonna go smoke some crack through licorice now:).

Your withdrawal amount will be returned to your full tilt poker account within the next 24 hours. If you still wish to withdraw these funds please visit the Full Tilt Cashier for available withdrawal options.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these delays. Rest assured that we are doing everything possible to address these issues with our third party processors.

If you have any questions please reply to this email.

Sincerely,

Full Tilt Poker Support

I don't want the $200 back in my account

I made another withdrawal after 2/16 , and they are still going to owe me another $100.

What's the sense in even playing there , if you can't withdraw anything that you've won?

Lately I've been playing at pokerstars, and the cash games seem a bit softer.[FONT=Geneva, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]

The size of your bank shouldn't matter. Just go ahead and ask for the withdrawal and know that since it's your 1st FTP will likely ask you for some proof of who you are (DL and utility bill usually) before they process your request.

I think at this point ...all's you need is your bank's routing number...and you can use QUICK DEPOSIT for your withdrawal....BUT....you may have to make an initial deposit first! Kinda tricky...have to put money in to get to your winnings!

My last one bounced. I have another on the way. The original returned check funds were re-deposited in my FTP account.

I requested an e-transfer. There was a pop-up saying this method would most likely take longer than normal(10-15 business days or so). I still chose this method because premium wire and check have both failed for me.

Anyway money was in my bank account in 2 days!. The same money I have tried to get out for 2 months:). Can't say it will be the best option for everyone, but it's the one I will use for now.

Read all about it in one of the links I posted in my first post in this thread.

How long did it take the funds from your failed premium bank wire to return to your account?

About a month.

Read my post in other threads concerning this matter. One of them FTP is refusing to pay my returned check fees. LOL, dicks.

You want a real nitemare...check my issues with fulltilt. After two months telling me I don't know how to look at my bank statement, questioning my honesty and integrity I still don't have my money. Last week they finally admitted I never got one of my withdrawals ($950) but they still have not put it back into my fulltilt account. I got a "sincere apology" and nothing else. I'm sorry for I have not been polite...when someone questions my integrity I get upset. I think the real issue is fulltilt has grown very big in a short period of time and they obviously cannot handle all the problems. They have the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my 58 years. Keep your fingers crossed and hope for the best. I hope you get your money soon.

At the moment. I wouldn't count on getting your money, but it is very likely you will.... Eventually.

I know the U.S. players are having issues withdrawing funds from full tilt. Just wondering if there are any recent issues for withdrawals for players outside of the U.S.?
