I will try to keep this as short as possible.

1. I made a deposit with fulltilt using a visa card ($600), play some games, went up and down, overall pretty much even out.

2. Decided to cashout, didn't see the option to cash out with my visa, send them an email and they told me my card doesn't provide CFT, even though i never had any problems with this with other poker site.

3. Then my second option was to withdrawal with moneybookers, but in order to withdrawal with moneybookers, you must first deposit with moneybookers, so i deposit $10 through moneybookers then made a request to withdrawal $600.

4. Then my account got banned and i wasn't able to login, and they needed me to verify all informations, so i send them my drivers license, credit card number (front and back), bill statement address, and bank statement of the initial deposit. I comply and did all that.

5. A week later they said they have all the proper documents and reactivated my account, finally i should be able to withdrawal my money now. So i try again to withdrawal $600 in my moneybookers... guess what, DECLINE again!

6. Sent them an email and here is the response "Unfortunately, we were unable to process your recent withdrawal request to Moneybookers processor. For the security of our players, we can only process withdrawals to payment processor accounts that have been used to make a successful deposit on our site. From reviewing your account I can see that your first deposit has been made via Visa card and therefore you may only request a withdrawal back to your Visa account.

The only reason why i wanted to withdrawal to my moneybookers is because i wasn't able to withdrawal to my visa in the first place. I gotta be honest with you, the support system at full tilt is by far the worst support i have ever dealt with. I'm always dealing with a new person and all of them keep repeating the same thing over and over again, and nothing is being done about it, till this day they still have my money, without letting me withdrawal, i will make every effort and post my experience on every single forum out there until they release my funds. This is unacceptable business practice and if this is what it takes for me to get my money, so be it.

Ps - I'll update you guys with what happens from here on.

How long did you wait to withdraw after you deposited the $10 via moneybookers?

Have FT send you a check. For the most part this is the part of FT that works best. While they say 15 days, most will tell you it is within 1 business week.

Well, no, we can't really clearly see that because all we have to go on is a summary from yourself.

Lego said someone was gonna ask you to post the emails between you and FTP, so I might as well ask.

Here you go.

Here is their response about my visa card.

Hello xxxx,

Thank you for your reply.

As we mentioned that if you do not see Visa as a withdrawal option after making a deposit, CFT is not available with that card. We apologize for any inconvenience. However, it is not in Full Tilt Poker's control whether a card is enabled for CFT or not, it is up to the financial instittution that issued the card.

If there's anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We're always here to help.

Regards,

Jose

after they told me that my visa card isn't available to withdrawal... i went to see what other option i have... then i've decided to use moneybookers, so in order to withdrawal from moneybookers, you must first need to deposit with moneybookers, then i deposit $10 to my moneybookers, then i try to withdrawal from that, and i got this email.

Your Player ID: daoad1

Transfer Number: 06A0FE84
Payment Method: Moneybookers
Amount: $600.00 (USD)

Status: DECLINED

then my account got blocked and terminated, they ask me to verify my account.. i gladly comply, sending them everything they asked, license, visa card, address, bank statement.

after a few days...

Hello Dao,

Thank you for sending us the requested documentation.

We're pleased to inform you that we've verified the following document(s):

- Scan of card

Your Full Tilt Poker account has been reopened, and you can now log in and play on our site as usual.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Good luck at the tables, and thank you for playing at Full Tilt Poker.

now my account got reactivated, i went to try and withdrawal the money again.

Then i asked them what's going on, why they kept declining my request.. then i got an email from support saying.

Hello,

Your recent withdrawal request has been voided.

While we appreciate your history with us, it is clear that you have recently been using Full Tilt Poker as a means to cash out funds from your VISA account without any interest in playing.

Please be advised that Full Tilt Poker does not condone this type of activity on our site. We are not a financial institution and should not be used as such.

You will not be able to withdraw the funds you recently deposited from your visa account via moenybokers. If you wish to withdraw these funds, they will need to be withdrawn back to your VISA account. This is to ensure the funds are withdrawn through the appropriate channels that they came on to the site by. Alternately, you may play with these funds yourself if you do not wish to return the funds to your ePassporte account.

Any further evidence of this type of activity in the future will result in seizure of fees incurred by Full Tilt Poker and the permanent closure of your account. Do not use Full Tilt Poker as a means to transfer money. This will be your only warning on the subject.

basically accusing me of using my poker account as a "financial institution"
if he actually looked into the matter instead of copy and paste his message, then he would understand what's going on.. great spelling mistake on his part "return the funds to your ePassporte account." i don't even know why they mention anything about epassporte, because they haven't accept epassporte for years, and recently epassporte went under a few months ago.

then i tried it one more time to cashout $250 and got this message

then another rep hitting me up and telling me.

Hello Dao,

Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, we were unable to process your recent withdrawal request to Moneybookers processor.

FTP is very conscious of money laundering. They aren't going to let anyone just deposit from a Visa and withdraw a short time later via another source. That looks wayyyy too suspicious. Sure. Stuff happens and honest people might need their money back in a short time for a legit reason, but too many jerks in the past have abused that for sketchy reasons and now FTP has to be careful of it.

Blame your Visa. If it would have allowed an electronic credit back, I bet FTP would have happily done it.

Now you'll probably have to play a while (not just wait it out) before they'll release the funds. How long you'll have to play is probably their little secret so the actual money launderers won't find out. Good luck.

I'm from canada and I've had the same problems with FT. My Visa doesn't accept CTF funds either. The emails you got actually sound pretty standard.

Instead of Moneybookers I used instadebit, but it was for only $100 dollars.
Pretty annoying, cause at the time it was minimum deposit of $20 dollars. So I had to deposit $20 dollars to get $100 out.

If I were you I'd send your #11 post here to FullTilt in a single email showing all the transactions, and also make a post on the twoplustwo forums. They have a FullTilt Rep on there, so maybe he/she can clear stuff up for you.

And you really can't blame Visa, lol. Most Visa's have CFT's but the banks just don't allow them to make transfers with gambling sites, in Canada atleast.

Play micro-limit to give FT some rake to keep them happy and when the cheque withdrawal gets fixed cash out that way.

Well, I had just withdrawn $200 from FTP last Monday, and I got my money in my checking account that Friday - just my 2 cents.

Sounds like OP never played after he deposited. Kinda suspicious if you ask me. I've never had a problem with Full Tilt, used them for years. Tell us the whole story.

My mate in Oz had the same problems with full tilt. I had major problems getting just $50 off partypoker. I had the whole runaround, you need to deposit first in order to cashout etc. I made the deposit, then it was the whole verify information thing. Did that, then another hurdle. I spent a while on the telephone to their customer support in india, I guess after a while they got bored with me clogging up their international phone bill trying to get my measly cash out. I reckon the sites do make it as tricky as possible and they'd much rather you try, fail then gamble the money instead of try to cashout again.

Having said that, once you do provide all the info they need, they will give you the money, and it wont be difficult next time.

This happened to me also but i tried to withdraw to my visa and they said the same to me, so i asked for a check and it arrived in 5 days (they say 15) and im in england. If you are able to do this without it been so much trouble i'd advise this, because i also agree with what 'STICK66' says above. GL
