Frozen Account Pokerstars

Hi,

My account has been frozen, signed up yesterday to pokerstars. Made a few deposits totalling about $400 aus dollars. I then made another deposit today of $60 dollars, as soon as i made it i got a email saying it was frozen. Reason why it was frozen was in relation to another account which i had over 4 years ago on full tilt never used on stars. i have sent what they wanted, more the 6 hours ago, still no reply. Very disappointed, why not freeze my account before i make the deposit? Instead freeze it seconds after i do? I just want to play poker, anyone know how long intill i get a reply?

after PS and FT was merged everyone who play there have only one account from which you can play on both sites. Your account was frozen not banned, i hope. be patient and wait! sure you money is in the safe place and youll get back access to your acc soon, or they sent your money back from where they come from :top:

since they have paired rooms/accounts i suppose that you had to play there with your FT account

Hi I have the same problem n it's been a 10 days still I didn't get ma account n now I play in ft n PS with ft account till I get ma p's account back

You must be patient, obviously they can´t keep your money. Communicate with customer service and surely help you with your problem, which takes several days has to do with the confirmation of data and history.

Depending on the reason they froze the accout they can keep the cash.
