Hi guys I feel the need to write this post because I have unbelievably just been conned by fullflushpoker.com. I deposited $50 to their site and have played for 3 days. I got my account balance up to $160 dollars and then I tried to withdraw......
This is when I kept getting problems, a guy on live chat call Jarod always appears, he asked me for documents including my card picture front and back, passport etc etc, standard but then also an authorisation form, on it they asked for full card number and the cvv code. I signed the form but refused to ive the code out like this. Anyway they received all the information and told me it is ok to withdraqw. Now I try again and Jarod again tells me now I have to rake more, he told me I had only raked $9.99 and that I could only withdraw my money once I had reached $100 rake!!!!! It is one thing after another. And when I try to speak kindly to him he is so rude and says like that's your fault, your obviously not reading the terms etc etc. I don't know where to take this or who to speak to . Cn anyone please help me

K regards

Ryan

Wow, that sucks. I have heard of them requiring a small rake amount because they give you Instant cash bonus upon deposit. There has to be more to the story. It wouldn't make sense they require such a high rake amount for such a small deposit. Unless they changed policies recently or something. Which unfortunately, sites can do whenever they want without notice. I have read enough Terms of Service agreements over the years to know that. Hope you can get it taken care of swiftly.

Ryan, you need to read the T&C's and see what it says about your situation, if it says what they are telling you, then your up the proverbial creek without a paddle.

But if in their T&C's it doesn't mention this you can quote their T&C's back at them, do your research.

There is more to this, he should of read the terms of the site! I just read the terms and seen this line.
3.1.16. On cash back promotions, inter-account transfers, Promo Bucks and any type of free chip, the player must rake the given amount at least once as of the moment the bonus money is credited, before any withdrawal can be made.

Thread should be renamed to " I need to read the terms better"

I don't think that balderoy1 have received 100$ cash bonus so they refuse to send him his money, it's just a joke from a poker site that refuse to pay someone his money , anyway, TC's have to be fair and not in just one way ( in this case fullflush ), either players have to be aware from playing over there...

That's awful........I would hope in all fairness that once we've correctly verified our identity that we should be able to withdraw our money at any given time without hindrance or it would be as if they, the pokersites, are taking our money at gunpoint.

play at acr/bcp .they dont make you earn any rake to cashout unless there is a big p2p transfer involved . all they want is a copy of your id and aa copy of a bill . ive cashed out over 20x's there in 2 years with no problems and its almost always within 2-3days

From the OP
he told me I had only raked $9.99
he would need to hit $75.00 in rake to make a withdraw.
I also think his deposit was more than $50.00 With having to hit 100 in rake it would of been a $65 to $70 to deposit, unless they had a very good bonus at that time.
He left out key items about it and he has not been back to say anything about it.
Aka the stakes he was playing, the time he was playing..
Read the TC's yourself, he did not clear the rake needed to withdraw! Most of it was not his money!
