The BCP withdrawal process for prepaid debit card. On the withdrawal page you will find a line that reads click here to print out the KYC form.

For me, it would only do this via IE9, which I have on my computer but never use. I chose Standard/Normal security. The form came up, and it is not tab delineated. Means you can't fill it out on screen.

In the upper right corner of that window there is a gear. I choose Full screen.
Then again the gear, and Save As.. I saved to my flash drive because I do not have a printer, and will need to run to Staples.

I also have no utility bills with my name on it. I called support, waited about 4 minutes, and asked about it. I was told a Car Insurance Card or Bill will work fine, and it doesn't even have to be in my name, but does need my address.

Off to Staples........ (Printer/Scanner Services):driver:

Back and prepared my email to; debitcards@americascardroom.eu
odd that it is to ACR and not BCP.

Uploaded to that email, then tried to withdraw. It asks for a Card Number, which I haven't received yet. (facepalm)........

To be continued....

You thought that you'd be able to withdrawal 5 minutes after sending in your info? (facepalm).........

I'm hoping you're pleasantly surprised but I think same day as verification is WAY too optimistic.

I'm still guessing I will not be able to process a withdrawal until my debit card arrives in my hands. It was taking up to 5 days, so maybe by Friday.

Can't shake the notion that I am the poster boy for how NOT to treat your customers.

The threads are burning at 2+2, and the BCP email cashier address doesn't work. The BCP rep has not shown up yet today...not so unusuall cuz he seems to work the graveyard shift.

Can't decide whether to panic or picnic......

No card yet, they took the money out for the card, but no email confirmation that I have been approved, only that the doc's were submitted.

I doubt Xmas will show any change.

Calm down. There are tons of verified withdrawals using the ACR system, Debit Card including a 4 figure withdrawal for me within days of requesting.
Takes like 15 days to get card...and that is the time frame they give you. Then you must go on website and verify card. Then you can withdraw, then you can wait a couple days to get money.

Once they take the $25 out you are gold.

The P2P Transfer is a good option lots of Merge Players are likely to defect to the Winning Network

Received card this evening...UPS at 7:30 pm...odd. Never got the email that was suggested would come with a UPS tracking #. It might have helped alleviate some of the stress I have been having about this.

Activated the card and requested a WD to this card.

Will report back on how long it takes them to process this request then I will never talk about it again.

At least I might have some xmas cash......

This is more like a situation where a person works his butt off for some period of time, making money for his boss, but his boss keeps putting off paying him with excuse after excuse after excuse.

I am at 90 days of waiting, can you say you would not be bummed ? NONE of the delays were caused by anything I did, or had any control over.

FWIW, I expect the money to get to my card today. Reports are growing (elsewhere) that the procedure actually works. HOWEVER! I retain my pessimist attitude that it will not get here, with a fresh excuse which I can not affect or control.

I hope I am wrong.

I awoke today to an email that says the process is completed, and my card is credited.

However, it does not show on my card via the online site check. Still part of the learning process, it could be that the card site doesn't update very fast.

The only thing remaining is to find an ATM for a pretty big cash in hand. Else they will nickle and dime me to death.

...almost happy....

Just talked to the CS folks at the payment processor who told me yes, it shows, BUT it will still be 2 more days before the card is actually processed and the cash is available.

Would still be before Christmas if it happens. Hope it all works out for you:)

OK, It is real! Cash in hand.....;)

My experience is now complete, detailed here;

-Application for the card to receiving the card was 10 days (quoted up to 3 weeks)

-Withdrawal request from WPN (BCP) to the processor was 3 days (quoted up to 5 days)

-Unstated upfront is another delay between the processor and the card issuer as to when the money actually is available. Quoted as 48-72 hours.

Seems none of these folks work weekends, so consider it business days when determining wait times. Once the card is in hand, according to the stated delays, the time should be up to 8 (working) days.

The one thing that I would suggest WPN/BCP do is improve the customer relations by a more detailed explanation of the whole process. The stress involved in this (now 93 days) process has affected my game, my mood, my life in ways totally unexpected.

!

Synopsis;
BCP
Applied for Debit Card 12-4
Received Card 12-14
Requested WD 12-14 (late Friday night)
Money on card, and now in hand on 12-20
:D

I have already requested the next installment. For me there is a limit of $2500 per request. Live help said 1/week, so I'm not sure about this one screwing up the schedule.

My 5 day week doesn't have to be their 5 day week...does it?
