Deposit Ideas?

Hi guys, I'm out of ideas and ways to deposit on an American friendly poker site. I don't have a ssn because I'm not yet a permanent resident (I'm from the UK)

I've been trying to use moneygram to deposit on ACC but they won't let me use moneygram and they can't give me a reason why.


I was going to join a different site and I spoke to the live chat and they wouldn't tell me if I could use moneygram until I created an account. I tried to explain that I didn't want to create an account if I couldn't use moneygram...I'm just going around in circles.


It's just ridiculous...The only other way is bitcoin but it would be the same problem trying to acquire that.

i use moneygram on acr. they have another wire option called ria..have you tried them? if that doesn't work find someone with the funds...maybe in a staking thread...wire them the money FIRST and then they do a p2p transfer to you.

One question, did you even bother to google your inquiry? I was going to write down a bunch of suggestions but then I decided to let you read for yourself some information that I searched for you.

Thanks for the replies. I don't know why they won't let me use moneygram, I'm going to try and give the ria a shot but there isn't one close, but that allows me to do it, so it says.

Yeah I did google it, it just seems to be really awkward without the ssn yet and not being allowed to use moneygram. Thanks again. I'll see if I can give ria a shot.

Which site you want to deposit on?

No I had a black chip account and tried depositing using my mothers card and they removed the visa option. I spoke to support and they said you have to be in the country, playing, that the account is registred to.

Either one of the wpn skins or betonline. I decided against interlops/juicy stakes because of the bad reviews.

I signed up for black chip poker a long time ago so I didn't have the orginal card to that account, if that makes sense.


I got married this year and moved here, I have no status at the moment, I'm waiting for my papers to come back (it's been a long wait, since August! lol)


No I don't have a roll on any site at the moment. I've been trying to build it up with free rolls and I won 2.50 last night on ACR but then lost it earlier, grrr.

Yeah I think I'll go with opening an account in her name, might be the best option at the moment. Thanks for the replies I really appreciate it.

Thanks again. Yeah I imagine withdrawing might be a bit of a nightmare. And I'd rather be mauled by a German Shepard than play another free roll.

Once it is ACR or BCP you could find someone close to you in the US to do a P2P transfer for cash. Check family and friends see if anyone play on those sites. There are persons that will transfer you just have to look for them just be careful loads of scammers out there.

You can maybe look into ewallet options would have to explain situation to them most do not support US.

Yeah that's the thing with the p2p, I'm afraid of getting scammed.

Your wife is welcome to play with us, just remember she would have to certify the account. In this case, I would highly recommend using Bitcoin for deposits. I can guide you through the process of using BTC on our site. Let me know so I can provide you the information.

For example, you normally play in canada, right? Before you go to the US, you should send an email to security@americascardroom.eu explaining that you will be there for an X amount of days, months or weeks. You will be able to play in the US for sure, the thing is that if you don't send the email the security system will block your deposit and cash out methods.

I finally went the bit coin route myself. There is a thread on the whole process here. It was almost painless. It all told took about a week to do the whole process the first time.
