Cashing out from Betonline

I want to cash out some of my balance from Betonline, but the Cashier page shows I have no money in my account?

Also, when I signed up in August Betonline had offered free checks (one per month). I don't see that option anymore.

Would like to see if anyone has recently withdrawn from the site and has suggestions what to do? Thanks

Stay away from Betonline

Why? I saw here on cardschat they recommend it. Their first time bonus caught my eye and was actually thinking of giving them a shot. If you could elaborate I would appreciate it. Thanks!
