cash out rejected

i tried to cash out on stars using wire transfer, the funds where credited back into my account 8 days later, read my email and it said that i provided invalid bank info, don't kow what i did worng, i think i used my transit number the worng way, i used the last 5 digits but thats what i found on google, the last 5 digits where infront of the rest of the numbers. i need help for this.
