Bovado slooooowww Payouts!!!

I am still waiting for a check I requested on April 6th. Should have been delivered between 15 -20 business days. I never had a problem when it was bodog. Anyone else having trouble getting a payout from Bovado? 34 business days and waiting.....

Interesting. I just requested payout 2 weeks ago. They mentioned it would take 20 business days to process.

I've make withdraws every 2 months for past 6 months from Bodog and then Bovada... each time took about 3 weeks to process they FedEx deliver a check in US funds from canada bank. I've had no problems cashing, but I cash them super quick

I wonder if they are slowing down payments or you got unlucky. Is it a big payout?

No small payout less than $100. I have seen other complaints on other forums...not sure what is going on over there with Bovada....

Don't you think you should have contacted Bovado Support by now. Pretty sure they will solve the issue if you make a complaint.

They are running slow right now. People are still getting paid though so no worries. People who requested early April withdrawals are just getting their tracking numbers this week. I've also heard that if you complain enough, they are giving out pretty large bonuses to compensate people so probably wouldn't hurt to contact support.

And be SURE to get the name/info of whoever you talk to... That sounds pretty ridiculous!
