I played bodog a long time and had no issues. However, I posted a poker payout on March 29, 2012 at Bovada and as of today, April 25, 2012 still have not received a tracking number for my payout. Bovada informed me 12 business days after my payout that there was a "2-3 day delay due too the Easter Holidays". Even at that, April 26 would actually be my 17th business day of "Easter Holiday delay" and still probably will not have a tracking number. What is up with this poker site? Yes, I am a US player. Good grief, if I could send my emails to this posting every poker player would freak out at Bovada Customer Service excuses that has been submitted to me. Bovada claims the average time frame is 15 business days. I probably will be lucky to see my check by June. I do not know who to contact, but, Bovada can not expect poker clients in the US to wait 30-60 days to get paid. This kind of result has just burnt me out playing online poker.

The title of this is very misleading, and I think you are jumping the gun.
They do or at least did have a customer service number to call, maybe you should try that.
Either way I am sure they will pay you, just be patient, fwiw I think merge is around a 2 month period as well.

Changed the title. If you're a US player and you can't stand waiting at a minimum 30 days, play at the casino. Just a fact of life these days.

I have called 5 times. Same response every time. If you notice Bovada has a bad track record on payouts. No the title is not misleading. What is misleading is Bovada poker site states: "an average of 15 business days to receive payout." In 20 business days have yet to receive tracking number. Now that is misleading

It has been 5 days over the limit...that is not bad. Also they said average, which you are confusing the definition.
Maybe this will help. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Average

Oh and good luck finding a site that pays fast for US.

Poofy here are some of the excuses emailed me. Then you might realize that you have made a mistake.
A) behind due too the NFL. (no kidding)
B) easter holidays shut down for 3 days. (Even the US banks & gov. work after Easter holiday)
C) Reality it states on their poker site 15 business days for poker cash outs.
D)Notify me after 2 weeks they are behind due too US restricitions.
Sounds to me Poofy this would be alot easier to be honest and upfront, not misleading. As I have stated, you need to Google Bovada complaints, which you clearly have not. This story keeps getting deeper, and telling me it is late due too the NFL is well, hmmmm what would you call that Pofffy? A lie?

I'm assuming this is your first withdraw from them as well? The payout is going to be much slower if so.

..Just relax, Bovada isn't trying to tie up your money with malicious plans to make it their own.

And using Google to answer stressful payout questions about any site is going to end in a headache IMO

Now payment being delayed due to the end of the NBA. Hmmm. Payout was posted March 29?

Payment delayed due to the NFL. That is a good story.

Payment delayed due to Easter Monday. Hmmm, thought Easter was on Sunday?

States on Bovada payout: A update timeframe will be emailed to you when check is processed. Bovada processed check on March 30. Bovada emailed me they can not give an estimated timeframe.

I believe he mistook your signature as something directed at him.

Edit: AND in no way is my sig a pun of any sort. After posting I realized how cocky my own sig looked for pointing that out (lol)

I generally follow the payouts of US related poker sites. Not sure what the OPs particular problem is, but Bovada has been one of the faster US sites for payouts, most times I have seen within two weeks.

I just do not think we are getting the full story here.

Just checked most recent cashouts by Bovada by Check for last two months. Appears they are taking as much as 1 month for some people, but still a few are reporting 2 weeks. Apparently YMMV
