They only accept visa and a lot of banks have restrictions on their debit cards. Go purchase a visa netspend prepaid credit card. Their like $4(plus minimum $20 load) and it works every time on all U.S. accepted sites.

I am not 100% positive but I have been told that Bovada only takes debit cards. Either way, mine worked find an its a Visa Debit/Credit Card.

if you live in the great state of New York :)rolleyes:) then thats your only option.

My friend who lived in VA but MOVED and lives here in NY still gets to deposit with his debit card if he chooses.

idk man every gd time you get a hand there someone else has a draw that hits on the river I cant stand it .and when you nail your nut flush on the flop and bet the balls out of it so you max value and so no one chases and theres 3 callers so its all in to the river. 3 callers. well you lost to a full house, and a str8 flush. it happens way to often there I think .I get frustrated you think your playing it right and its like a slap in the face every time.
just needed to vent alittle seemed like a good spot to

Instead of Moneygram, Bovada has "Rapid Transfer" which is pretty much the same as Moneygram except for the name. According to this page, the fees are $12-$20 depending on the size of the deposit. I doubt that Western Union fees are much if any lower than that.

The important thing to keep in mind though is that you can make both the deposit and the withdrawal with Rapid Transfer (Moneygram), whereas you can only deposit with Western Union and then take a check withdrawal.

madmonster: you should be able to find those "everywhere." As long as they're VISA cards (credit/debit/gift) and eligible for online and international purchases, you have a good chance of succeeding (although never 100%). I've heard that Netspend cards have had a high success rate.
