Instead of Moneygram, Bovada has "Rapid Transfer" which is pretty much the same as Moneygram except for the name. According to this page
, the fees are $12-$20 depending on the size of the deposit. I doubt that Western Union fees are much if any lower than that.
The important thing to keep in mind though is that you can make both the deposit and the withdrawal with Rapid Transfer (Moneygram), whereas you can only deposit with Western Union and then take a check withdrawal.
you should be able to find those "everywhere." As long as they're VISA cards (credit/debit/gift) and eligible for online and international purchases, you have a good chance of succeeding (although never 100%). I've heard that Netspend cards have had a high success rate.
