So tonight I made a small deposit of $30 on Betonline. They took the money from my credit card but the $30 never appeared in my wallet.

I e mailed them about this and I got a fast response telling me that I have more than 1 active poker account and that it is against the rules, and that I need to pick one of the accounts and use only that account.

I explained that I am a member at cards chat and that we are allowed to have 1 account for BOL and 1 account for Sportsbetting. I also explained that I had already dealt with this when my BOL account was locked before ( and then unlocked once I explained I am a member of Cards chat) .

It has now been about 5 hours with no response. I have e mailed them back asking what the problem is, but I got no response.

I think it's funny how they take my money then immediately take my funds on lockdown.

What should I do about this?

I'll start with your first steps with your deposit:
- How did you confirm that your deposit was processed on your credit card? What type of card are you using? Is it pre-paid or a normal charge card? Does your card provider offer protection in case services paid for weren't rendered? And have you paid the charge assuming it's not pre-paid?

- Typically response from online sites is more than 5 hours, you may need to give it a day considering where you are and where the site's support is located. Get you want the $30 (I would too) but you need to give them some slack.

- How long have you been using your account on Sportsbetting? Is it still active? Have you deposited on there before?

Now...
- What are the site rules in regards to having active accounts on both BOL and Sportsbetting? How does Cardschat play into this? I'm not aware of a site that gives exceptions to a poker forum for having multiple accounts

- When this happened last time what were the circumstances around your account getting locked?

- Can you transfer funds between the two accounts?

Be patient - if the poker room wants your business you may have to wait a few hours for them to get back to you.

Hello, and ty for the response.

I used the same credit card that I have used multiple times to deposit on both my BOL and Sportsbetting accounts, never had a problem until today.

I know the money was taken from the card because when I look at my credit card transactions it shows that the money was taken from the card.

We are allowed to have an account on both skins via cards chat so we can participate in both skins cards chat freeroll.

A couple months ago my BOL account was blocked, but I mailed them and explained that I am a member here and they apologized and re opened my account.

BOL and Sportsbetting do not have P2P transfer as an option.

In understand it can take time for them to get back to me, but I just thought it was shady that they responded so fast to tell me that my accounts were locked but now I hear nothing once I explain myself.

I guess I'll wait until I wake up in the morning and see if I have gotten a response, and take it from there.

Take care!

It does seem unfair that they would take your money and then tell you that there is a problem, but I'm not surprised by it. I'd bet money that it will just take a little time for them to sort it out.

Give them a bit more time, it is standard to lock an account if they think it is against their TOS, a staff member stuffed up that's all, as you said they unlocked it last time so I suspect they will again if that is the reason.

try to go to your account, transfer from sportbet to your poker accout, there you will see your funds and give you an option to transfer your funds from sport book to poker to casino. when u make a deposit the funds don't go directly to your account they remain in your sportbook

Try using live chat with them from their website without logging in.

I have always gotten a response with them in minutes and I have contacted them at all sort of times.

You may want to contact your bank as well to find out if transaction is held up on their side. Most banks do not like gambling sites.

After sending screenshots of my credit card transactions BOL has replied and the funds were deposited to my account.

I am satisfied with how everything turned out
