Hello,
I had recently made a withdrawal from bodog in late April and have been following up with them on where my check was. Today they called me and informed me that they had sent it out in May and the check had already been cashed. Unfortunately it wasn't me that cashed the check, I was actually in Amsterdam, netherlands on business.

Has anyone ever had an issue where a check was stolen or delivered to an incorrect address and someone had cashed it?
If so were you able to get the money reissued?

Thanks
James

I have been playing at bodog for years and cashout once a month, most of the time. I have never had this promblem. I was just wondering did use check by mail or check by courier?

Well, in a stunning turn of events. I received a call from Bodog support today saying that they were going to return my money and that they made a mistake in telling me that someone had cashed my check. This makes me extremely hesitant about ever depositing money in my bodog account again.

What if I had just sat there and said ohh well someone stole my mail; instead of asking for the cashing bank information? They would have probably just kept my money and not owned up to not delivering the check. To answer your question pedroman, I requested my withdrawal via the usps delivery and not delivery by courier. This time I have requested a delivery by courier. Hopefully that works out a little bit better than the last time.

With all that being said, Bodog did the correct thing by not only refunding my cashout amount but also refunding the 20 dollar cashout fee that goes along with withdrawing more than 1 time a month.

withdraw from there consistently...but never more than once a month, and have never had a problem gettin a ck..well except for the time the MM or courier stuck it under my windshield wiper, then it rained that afternoon..lol.

didnt hurt the ck, but to top it off, sat afternoon and went to cash it at a 1% casha a ck..and the crazy ass girl told me it was a counterfeit check... i laffed and told her she missed out on her 25$ and maybe more tip and went down the road....no problem:cool:

I am glad to hear they are fixing their mistake. I think bodog is one of the best sites out there. They cant cant do some of the things bigger site can but there customer service is unmatched. Like I said before I have played there for more than two year and never had a problem. I hope this does not sour you from playing there.

I agree pedroman7. Bodog is a great site and they solve your problems. The problem is that there are problems in the first place, but they help you out.
