Did anyone experience this with echeck us
after dealing with them for about 3-4 months without a hitch
i tried logging in and was prompted to change my password? weird but okay,
and when i continued it said it didn't recognize it. Hmmm, called customer service and they said they will send me an email within 3hrs instructing me to change my password. So the next day, after receiving nothing and not hearing from them, i call again to tell them my situation and this time they say they have sent the email but i have not received them. Give them an hour to contact technical support to find out why im not receiving email.
Haven't heard from them and when i call them i get an automated message.
Flustered, I call UB cashier and have them 3rd party call them and when i get through, ......a quick hello and dialtone......
Call them again and they say wait 20 more minutes for a response
am i getting scammed cause it sure feels like it??

the way things are starting to unravel is doesn't look too good...
any comments or suggestions are appreciated

Afaik, UB is pretty reliable to pay out. I am sure it is some technical error that will get sorted, also check your spam email folder, it could have gone there...

Nothing on UB, its one of their deposit options thats messed up.
echeckus.....its been 3 days and nothing but the runaround... when i called them today, they must have found the situation amusing cause the support started laughing and said it will take as long as it takes....no time frame.
Playing with ones money is no laughing matter....not talking thousands here but the few hundred is still money.....

Can they send you a paper check?
If you are in the USA maybe with all the new rules, the bank could have a problem accepting it?
