I recently deposited $20 for the first time into my BCP account. Before doing this I set a $20 per week deposit limit. My first deposit was declined, I then managed to make a deposit of $20. After a week I have discovered that I have been charged this deposit FOUR TIMES. Twice by paywp.com and twice by 'bothwell+1' which was some kind of host on HSBC (even though I'm not with HSBC), which I apparently had to use to deposit. Has anyone else had these kind of problems? Any solutions?

I'm from the UK, as a side note.

Immediatly e-mail support explaining the situation if you haven't already. Thats for starters. Also go to 2+2 I believe black chip has several reps over there. Go to the BCP section on 2+2 post in the support thread if they have one, if not make a new topic, and pm a rep or two explaining the situation. This would be the fastest way to handle it. 2+2 reps get you support infinitely faster than normal support e-mails do.

And do not forget to send a copy to support the values that were charged, they will require this proof to make any refund to your account :)

That's really screwed up. I hope you don't get charged for the deposits you didn't make.

I was mistaken. I had a recurring subscription on some site which I forgot about, which just so happened to charge me the same day as the two deposits. I was charged for two deposits, however they solved it and I just didn't notice the extra $20 in my account seeing as I had just won $133.50 in a big tournament and then went on a huge downswing (which I'm not sure is over). My fault for not keeping track of my wins and losses. They refunded it into my account and unfortunately I can't withdraw it unless I want to cancel my deposit bonus.

I haven't had much luck holding with the best hand when it gets all in and I haven't managed to get much action on my big hands since joining this site. Maybe its something to do with the huge level of USA players, of which I have never played before, since I started online poker after Black Friday. Or at least not while they're in the USA.

Might just clear the first chunk of the bonus, withdraw and go back to iPoker or 888/wsop/LuckyAce until my self-imposed ban on pokerstars ends. At least on those sites I know I can get value from the player pools.

Self-imposed ban?

I got a free $20 bankroll on Black Chip but now I need 1000 vip points before I can withdraw anything. Not sure if that'll ever happen. I think even if I deposit, I still need to hit 1000vips before I can take anything out. Good to hear that you got things sorted out. And I hear ya on getting your money in good and not having your hands hold up. This happened to me on like 4-5 tourneys in a row where I was at or near the final table. Very frustrating. But I was able to cash decent in a tourney today, so there's still hope it seems. I am fairly new to Merge and am liking it fairly well so far. Played pokerstars and cake before.
