Better than Skrill?

I play at pokerstars and i cannot deposit money through my visa because of my bank blocked gambling transaction. (And visa minimum withdrawal amount is 100$) So i have to use 3rd party service like skrill. In terms of fees and charges, what's the better option in your opinion?

Side note for who ever want to try Skrill:
I've been using skrill for couple of weeks. I asked a question through their facebook and got reply after 3 days (same reply after 3 days by email too) I was already solved my issue by myself and told them it sucks. And guess what, I was blocked.

TLDR: Their customer care sucks, if you went into trouble it'll never get solved. And even better you get banned.

If you live in Russia then use WebMoney. In other countries, I don't know how.

I found out Webmoney is quite good, only 0.8%. Unfortunately I'm not from Russia :)

I withdraw money through webmoney, a minimum deposit of $ 5, a minimum withdrawal of $ 10, a commission of 0.08% .. Skrill is an expensive comms about $ 4.

I'm from Ukraine, as far as I know, and webmoney works outside of Russia. It will be difficult for you to withdraw money from the webmoney, as far as I remember there is a conclusion on any card instant, but the commission will be + 1% and + the standard comission total 1.08%.

Webmoney works outside of Russia.

If you got more that $100 to withdraw you can get a bitcoin visa card (Stars do not withdraw via mastercard). Some are anonymous. You can get a virtual one for like a buck the only thing is you got to put some money on it and deposit at least $10 on Stars then wait 48 hours to make withdrawal request.
