Has anyone had issues with BOL withdrawals? I have made multiple deposits in the past with bonus offers and have subsequently had the account go to 0, when I tried to withdraw recently, they had all of these old rollover requirements still on the account and it was all cumulative.

It took multiple sessions with customer service reps via chat to resolve the situation. Now I am running into a 7-day hold due to a credit card deposit.

I have no doubt they will pay, but they certainly make it difficult to pull money.

Any suggestions?

I also think BetOnLine is legit but suppose like most businesses they happier collect monies than to pay it

I have been able to deposit and withdraw funds from Betonline without issue. I once ran into the same stacked rollover issue but was able to get it resolved with one of the reps.

As far as the payout, I am not sure how long it was from between the time of your deposit and the time you tried to cash out but I know it is not uncommon to have a period of time need to pass from the initial deposit before they will payout. I would wait the 7 days and then you should be fine.

I haven't had issues either, but just get setup with bitcoin. It's so much easier and quicker to go about withdrawls.

BOL is sucks compared to ACR. They are not worth investing money into considering their MTT are a joke and they refused to allow me to withdraw freeroll winnings. ACR all the way.

I am hoping I don't have issues. I just need to find a way to be able to buy bitcoin faster than with Coinbase as when I want to deposit, I usually want it to be immediate. Anyone have any suggestions on better fiat to bitcoin sites?

I tried to make $60w/d today from BOL. But they said because they gave me a $60 bonus, I now have to be $1700 on sports before i can w/d $60.

Yep, experienced pretty much the same. Unfortunately even asking a lawyer did not help... They have designed their general business terms quite well.

Never had a problem with BOL. As a matter of fact I think there withdrawal process is one of the fastest available.I use Bitcoin for withdrawal.

Consider yourself lucky Rockstar. There will come a time when there will be a problem and the only way to get your money is too shaming them into doing it.

I have cashed out 2500 out twice with bitcoin. Got paid in about 24 hours, honestly i didn’t put a bonus code. Also cash out curse is pretty strong on both cash outs seems like they punish me for withdrawing money.

The Poker Room does not like to withdraw money because no money in circulation is no rake. The best thing about any poker room / casino is to read the payout regulations before your deposit. I made a withdrawal from Bet-online - they paid me out after a week of efforts.

Man, there isn't even a withdrawal option on the Cashier side from the poker or on the site, thisis nuts! Sent them a message on twitter! Its nuts But I wanna say massive thanks to the guy who shared the chat transcript

Lesson from the above never take a bonus without reading the terms and conditions of it.

It's only been this way for 20+ years of online poker. You can't withdraw until you make a deposit.... because... they need to verify it's you and you're not laundering money using online poker. It's for the sake of the whole community these standards have always existed.

Yes I agree it is everyone's best interest that this rule is in place.

However I have seen WPN process withdrawals without an initial deposit. I am sure that a few others would do as well.

have a similar issue 10 yers ago on Carbon Poker, they had a 3 step freeroll that could get you a 3 $ tournament and then a 33$ tournament, and then a 109$ satellite, so I got around 2500$ at the end of it but they didn't allow me to withdraw until I make a deposit of a minimum 100$.
Another fact that I learned the hard way just like you was the bonus so now I don't use any bonus code for my deposits .

I use cash App , works pretty slick to buy sell Bitcoin , but am here reading and trying to learn why betonline rejected my payout request . Lol grr I deposited $50 no promo using Bitcoin bout a week ago bet on the niners to beat the rams $38 to win like 62 . Cause it was a no brainer ) then I played a $5 poker tournament and won 2nd place. , $400 dollars . Am now trying to withdraw $400 and my emails so my payout had bin authorized but on my ticket says rejected . Yup , learned too :. I had a massive rollover once like $14,000 lol I built my account up to $7000 by going all in every time on football n baseball and had 7000 left on rollover, so I put it all one last time (cause I was still pist) on another game one last time , (baseball) total points and lost the bet by 1 . Still hurts ) remember so many details from that game lol.
