Betonline Withdraw Issue

I connect support but they saying "we send a mail before withdraw and you need to reply this mail" but i can't get any mail in my mailbox already checked junk.


I just want to know what email they sent before withdraw ?

There is an inbox on your BOP account.


From Client first tab is client click on it and then last option is my account click on that it will take you to a web page on the panel on the left you will see Messages the message should be in that.

The three messages titled Payout messages are the communication on one withdrawal request. The first one is the one pictured above to say request recieved, the second says it was processed, third one was to say funds sent. I got my funds in account within 10 minutes of reciept of last email.


If you look at dates and time on messages you will see I got my funds in roughly 17 hours pretty fast.
