The best site for depositing and cashing?

Hello Cardschat, I´m new in the community and also on poker.
I´ve been trying to start my bankroll in Pokerstars NL2, and through May, I almost made it to $100. But I have recently started to look into the cash-out policy, and there is a minimum of $100 in PS and of $25 on 888Poker, so I can´t tell if it is too much to cash out in PS.

I would like you to advise me on how you guys cash-out, on which method, and if you redeposit after, or leave something on your balance.

Do you misunderstand something? The minimum amount to withdraw on pokerstar and 888poker are both 10$. I often withdraw to skrill by just entering the amount of money and your skrill account . It's very easy. Withdraw on pokerstar is really fast but 888poker is at least 3 days to get money.

I'm very impressed with BetOnline.ag so far. When you're talking about poker sites, it's all about how the site feels to the particular user. Sometimes you just click with a site, and that's how I feel about BetOnline. But I have yet to make a withdrawal, so I can't speak to how well they handle withdrawals.
