I e-mailed them last night about this and here is what they said.
Currently, our eCheck processors are experiencing technical difficulties
and most transactions are being rejected. We are looking into the reason
for this. I'm sorry but as yet we do not know when this will be available
again.
Please try to make your eCheck deposit request later today or you can
try using another deposit method to fund your PokerStars account.
