The all access gift cards are not working on Stars or FullTilt. I bought the card yesterday, all night and today all morning Stars has been declining my all access gift card at least 10 times they declined it. So then I go to full tilt and try it and they reject it. I have used the all access gift cards on these sites numerous times and they all worked every single time, in fact I just deposited into Stars on the 27th just 2 days ago with no problem, and now all of a sudden it is being declined? The weird thing is that after Stars and tilt declined the card I tried it on bodog and it went through without a problem, really weird why it went through on bodog and not Stars or tilt.
Anyone know what the problem could be? Anyone else have this problem?

Here is the e-mail pokerstars just sent me, looks like the All-Access cards are done

"We are very sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your
deposit.

Since yesterday that specific gift card from All Access is no longer
allowing transactions into gambling sites. We do not know if it is a
permanent situation or if it is a temporary problem. We apologize for the
inconvenience this may cause.

There are other alternatives that could work for you, such as Instant
eChecks and ePassporte.

Instant eChecks is an electronic check that allows you to make safe,
secure and immediate electronic fund transfers (EFT) directly from your
bank account to your PokerStars account. PokerStars and eChecks charge no
fees for this service, however some banks may charge a fee for EFT’s from
their customer’s accounts. At present eChecks is only available to a small
subset of players.

eChecks works the same way a paper check does. When you deposit using an
eChecks, the amount of your deposit is requested from your bank just like
when a paper check you have written is deposited. (Please note that it is
not necessary to cancel one of your physical checks when using eChecks.)

You do not have to wait for an eChecks to clear to receive your funds at
PokerStars. Funds deposited via eChecks are immediately available in your
PokerStars account. As it may take up to 10 days for the funds to actually
be withdrawn from your account, please ensure you maintain sufficient
funds in your account until that time.

You can use eChecks to cash out amounts over the deposited balance. All
you need is to have one successful eChecks deposit after July 18th, 2007.

We noticed that you have tried ePassporte before. If you would like
assistance with this option, please email us back.

To read more about these and other deposit options please visit:
Real Money Poker - Texas Holdem

For further deposit related assistance, please send your phone number and
an appropriate time to call, to dad@pokerstars.com.

Thank you for your patience and loyalty. Thank you for choosing PokerStars.

Regards,

Tiphany

Doubt if you'll get a solid answer here. But they have been hit or miss for a while. You're example looks to be a recent extreme.

Since you are practiced at it, should we assume you verified the card online before or during these attempts?

I think it's clear by the e-mail Stars just sent me that the All-Access gift cards are done and wont work.

How can you interpret what I put in bold in the second quote that it is clear? It's a little early to jump to conclusions that they're done. This problem has happened before, and not too long after, the cards were usable again. Even Stars doesn't know if it's temporary or not. I think a little time is needed before jumping to conclusions on this. Keep your fingers crossed that it is temporary. :(

Reading that e-mail that Pokerstars sent me it looks as if the All Access gift cards are banned from their site and they are not accepting them. Same goes for full tilt.

Please don't make the error of thinking that Stars and Tilt are the ones declining your transaction-- it's actually allaccess that is making the decision here. This seem to occur every so often, and in the past it has been only temporary.

Well, we thank you for the information. The others in this thread were also simply trying to tell you that this is NOT final yet. PokerStars doesn't know and the allaccess reps don't know (don't confuse what they told you with what the truth is...all they know is what they were told to say). The last time this happened we had people jumping up and down how it didn't work. Same responses from PS and all access, yet, two days later it was working again. The problem had to do with NetSpend which is the underlying processor for all access.

So until we know it's final, take the messages for what they are telling you which is they aren't working right now. Give it a few days to see if it straightens out.

I gave an All-Access gift card to my son for Xmas . . . it didn't work on on poker stars.

When I last used an All-Access gift card several months ago and it worked fine - now if you go to their web page and put in your zip code it no longer will give you a local grocery store, as it did before for me and their FAQ no longer worked today.

Is seems obvious the anti-online-poker-nuts are getting their message accross to the gift card people. That sucks!!!!!!!!!!!
