I just tried making a deposit on ACR & it was pending so I went through live chat. The person assisting was taking an extremely long time & after about 12 minutes of nothing asked for my the 4 #'s of my SS# and DOB. I disconnected & called in, they said to try in 5 minutes. Is this safe at all? Any input is much appreciated.

Maybe you need to verify your identity? Answering the question "is this safe at all", well, this is a big poker site in the US, so I really don't think that site is a scam.

Thanks for the input guys, much appreciated. I verified my account a few years ago but have since moved, so have to verify again. Might use the Green Dot idea.
