A friend of mine(a U.S. player) has an account at pokerstars he hasn't used in sometime. He's joined my homeleague and is trying to deposit money. In the cashier Echecks the boxes still have his old banking info. He's is unable to delete this info and replace it with his new banking info.
I told him to email support and he is doing this but we have a game tonight so we kind of want to get it straightened out sooner than later. If anybody has any advice of what he needs to do outside of contacting support let me know. Thanks!
