You moved all in when it was your turn to act. I like the all in there, but you could have called the re-raise to see a flop instead of shoving all-in. If you did call though the chances are the pocket KK would go all-in and you would be unable to get away from your hand and still be all-in. There is no way I see you folding this hand.

I jam here with QQ and 25BBs.

The pot is already huge with ~83K in the middle. You still have fold equity and there is a chance that you pick up the pot uncontested, which would increase your stack by ~10 BBs.

If you do get called, you're only behind AA/KK and there a lot of hands players can open and 3bet with here that we're ahead of or crush. So, I don't really fear being in a terrible spot here most of the time when we isolate shove and get called.

Just unlucky to run into KK.

Since a player made a 3bet would rather have called before going all in with QQ, and if on the flop there is not an A or a K strong bet to protect my hand

overestimated hand, inattentive at the table, you learn to read your opponent to be ahead !!! And then on a math behind you too! 82% to 18% !!!

easy fold. Utg raise, and 1 used 3bet vs him? Its AKx, QQ+. If you want to catch the coin you may try to push them. If you dont wanna play vs KK and AA just fold it.

You're not worried about the person who 3b to 24k since you have them covered by a lot, also not expecting the player who flat called the 24 to have better than you. Only worried about the UTG raiser. But they are the chip leader so they could be opening very wide here. Very unlucky.. you see that the other player in the hand is not playing reasonable since they minraised with AJo with 8BB. Also you have 25BB.. coming time to make a move.

It's a good shove. Unfortunately your opponent had kings but what could you do. You played it well.

its an easy shove. with only 25 bb and after a weak 3 bet because villain re raise from 16000 to just 24000, which might be a set up with a hand like aces or kings or a re raise with a hand like aq or aj like in this case. so i would take the risk and shove with queens and hope that villains had a lower hand like jacks, tens, ak, aq or aj. if you were deeper you can consider just calling or making a 4 bet however in this case your only choices were folding, calling or shoving, and neither folding or calling seems to be the correct moves in this spot because queens are a very strong preflop and in most cases you will be ahead in the hand.

As there was a 3bet ahead you. You should have call the hand instead of Allins to see the board. As it was a paired board so possibility of Full house to Quad arose. Remember even you hold K K or Q Q there is 4% chance you r against A A or K K preflop and as there was a 3bet, you could not rule out superior hands.. So just note down this game for your guidelines for future games..

Maybe. I just think flatting a weak 3bet with QQ here is -EV. So many hands they could be weak 3betting with that QQ crushes here. Hands like JJ, 1010, AQ, AJ, are all 3bet hands here, so don't mind shoving here to isolate and getting called or even just picking up the pot.

Maybe if it was villain dependent and i know they 3bet weak with really strong hands, I might just flat with QQ.

As far as the flop goes, I'm not laying down QQ to 266 board.

Thats why the 3 bet preflop. Why your oppenement bet so high ? Are you tag this player as a loose or tight one? The position He raise are you think he had something ? I know a lot of people raise with A with a bad kicker but in your situation calling the raise one time is a good opportunity to see the flop. And you dont hit. always always focus on what the other player raise bet call with.Maybe a test bet will procure you some good fact here. Have a great day

Well, the all in preflop seems very nice for me. If you run on AK you are still the favorite and the pot will be great for you. You are unlucky to run on KK/AA. It's interesting to see what is your read on 3-bet player? He is the chip leader on the table so probably he is declaring pretty strong hand. I would put him on AK or JJ+. You are dominating JJ and had pretty nice chances against AK so the chances are still pretty well compared to the pot, where you must include the short stack;s money who obviously had a worst hand.
