This should go in the tournament hand analysis forum. Actually no is should go in the Brags and Beats forum because you and I both know you didn't do anything wrong and the guy sucked out.

I might be wrong on my analysis, and would appreciate others' input on the hand. This is a (just by the book) read, not counting player attributes/propensities etc. In early position I would have probably raised the Queens >4xBB. I understand you were afraid of betting out the field, but in a 10 dollar donkfest, you're bound to have at least 1 caller, (not to mention you will be out of position, but with a fairly clear idea of the hand ranges your opponents might call with. This particular player Brirams called with a low suited connector for value, and once he caught a piece of that raggedy flop, most players will call a decent sized 2nd barrel. I would have also bet pot on the flop if you felt your hand was best, basically represent what you hold and take it down (hopefully). I believe you played the hand too passively and gave him marginal value to call.

And I do mostly agree with SeanyJ, I doubt he was going anywhere after the flop even with strong bets.

Do you have QQ? Fold or lost many chips.
The QQ hand in pokerstar is the very weak hand. I lose with QQ very times and now when I have QQ I just call and if the opponent raise probably I fold.
Never more I will lost my chips with this pair.

I would have made a bigger raise preflop with QQ.. You really dont want 2 callers ..

Yeah I agree, raise more, get less players. I would suggest around 180-200 raise. But you made the right call, he coulda just as easily had a small pocket pair.

The raise preflop is fine. It should not be 180-200, that is pissing value away from Ax and the like that will call the standard 4x.

I would raise more on the flop though, he has made it 430 and your bet and the call on the flop have already made the pot 1200 or so and making it 900 is too small I would say, make it closer 1200.

The flop is actually a tough spot. The guy who flat called and then shoved could have been trying to really slowplay a set to try and double up but a flush draw is possible too. I suppose 99-JJ as well if JJ was passive preflop. No idea what the guy who min-raise folded had, maybe A8.

Probably fine as played.
