Why you made a 3-bet with QKs from late position when you do not have any informations about how he play? Here is the biggest mistake in this spot.
C-bet is ok, you have a top pair with good kicker, but what is he calling with?
AK maybe but I would expect 4-bet with this hand. He can have everything, two pairs, OESD, flush draw (but here you are good enough to play) or he has a straight right now. 7h and 8s is a blank I think. On the river, or he has Kx whose he never fold or he guessed you are drawing to flush and when you didn't get it and show weakness on this street he bluff you, so I perhaps would make a bet another time, because if you check, what do you expect? it's much easier to make the move first.

I would have tried to keep the pot low here, because they are playing for a draw, and they usually hit.

This is an interesting hand, because we flop top pair second kicker, but in reality we can only get value from draws, and we have a huge combo-draw ourselfes. I like C-betting the flop, because we have so much equity, but I might slow down and check the turn, because a lot of our draw equity is now gone. So I dont particularly mind, if the turn goes check-check, and I dont want to face a raise at this point.

On the river I would fold. I am not to worried, that he has a 9 in his hand, but a lot of hands had us beat already on the flop, and they still have us beat now. He does have some missed draws in his range including hands like QJs, that he might decide to turn into a bluff, even though he has pair. But I think, there is much more value than bluffs here, so even though we are getting a good price, I prefer to let it go.
