Should have cbet the flop.
You likely had the best hand, it's much more difficult for villain to connect on a paired flop.
If he check raises just give up, but I'd expect a fold pretty often.

As played:
You have a gutshot and an over on the turn giving you like 16% equity against hands like K9, but you need 25% equity to continue.

It's a fold.

Opening raise is ok, should have raised the flop about 1/3 the pot. Also if you called the pot would be 4/1 odds, your equity is 8% you need like 13/1 odds to call.

C bet on flop is must to know what villain have.. rest gane will be depend on oponent type what card he play and how...
is he a bluffer or not tag or lag..

You needed an informational/c bet. If he flat calls or check raises slow down. You would get him to fold worst hands majority of times. If he had a pair or the 10, he would have called or raise you.
You have no idea what he had the way you played
