And then guys, as soon as I started studying poker I felt a lot of difficulty doing these calculations. In Some articles they teach how to calculate in percentage, in others they teach of another way. Some say that if pot odds are greater than the odds you pay, others say the opposite. So I wanted an easy to learn to calculate the odds some good course if they have me indicate it please

Hey Rui Ferreira.i will write how to calculate pot odds as a ratio..But lets have an example of a hand that make this practical..So lets say you are on the flop and pot is 10$.Villain bets 10$(pot size bet).Pot now is 20$(the pot before villain bets+villain's bet) and its 10$ for you to call right?.So a simple rule is this:You will observe what money is inside already(20$) and you will put in left part of ratio and on right part of ratio you will put the dollars you need to make the call(10$)..this is 20:10 or much better can be written 2:1.These odds say us how often we need to win this hand if we make the call in order to be at least break even. This way is expressed in ratio and i know that all prefer percentages.
I will say you first theoretically how you convert ratio to fraction and then to percentage and then i will say you a very fast trick to do it...
So the math type is m:n = n/(m+n)..m is the pot before we call and n is the amount we must call.In our example it is 2:1=1/(2+1)=1/3=0,33 or 33% in percentage. So in order to have at least break even call we need to win at least 33.3% of the time. Here is now the fast trick.Let's say we have a hand that we get 3:2 odds to call.
What i do is this:I divide the left part with the right fast in my mind. Here is 3/2 so is 1,5.I put this 1,5 in the left part of ratio.Reason i do this,is because i want the right part of ratio to have ALWAYS number 1..So we have 1,5:1 pot odds right? Now i summ left and right part:so we have 1,5+1=2,5.Now you divide 100 with this number (2,5) and you have your percentage ready..Here 100/2,5=40 so you need 40%.If you practice it a little with some random examples from your hand history,in some days you will do it very fast..
Although If still u find your self unfamiliar with it,you can memorize the following chart which is for the most common bets of villain..

I hope i helped :)
