Would you call or fold? Bear in mind this is a free roll tournament and players have been quite loose. I can let you know the result if you want.

Thanks!

I'd let this one go. 3 over cards out there, missed your set, no backdoor draws. Not really worth running into any of the hands Villan might have, which (almost certainly) are overcards to your pair or he's made something on the flop (flush draw, broadway draw). If you call here you're only looking to spike a 5 on the turn or river.

That being said, I've played plenty of these freerolls and a low pocket pair can often be all you need to double up. This board is just a little scary for me to continue with 55 and no backdoor business going on

I'm assuming we are the BTN.

I would either fold or 4-bet shove pre-flop and lean towards a fold.

Early on you kind of want to set-mine with small pairs and this is a good sized 3-bet. At best we are in a flip situation and this early in a freeroll we can wait for stronger hands to try and get in pre-flop.

You never want to call 760 when you have 1650 stack after your initial raise. This is almost half your stack so you should now either shove or fold.

As played you should just fold. We aren't beating much now for sure.

Yes I should have folded. I thought I had a read on my opponent who was playing almost every hand. Indeed he was on J9o but got lucky on the turn card which was a J. Whenever I loosen up my range I get into this kind of trouble.

It's an easy mistake to make. I tend to muck my smaller pairs in freerolls because you just never end up with the right price to set mine with peoples bet sizing. Keep it tight until the roulette wheel spinners are out of it or have a huge stack and start playing something that resembles poker!

If Im reading right, Dont just call that all in, reshove over it. Basically so you dont have to make a decision on AKX board. I just hate putting in 1/2 my stack here, this is why rejamming is a better option. (see how both folded anyways, but its a disaster if one of them come along where as you shove and fold both limps out)

To be honest with 2 limps and raise, Im folding this hand preflop.
