Shove pre. I bet half pot on this flop and stack it off. As played, shove.

AJo is somewhat weird to play post flop, and given the stack sizes of the remaining players, it's probably a shove preflop. Now that you're in the hand it's probably a 3b shove, this player has a wide range here (31 vpip) and I hate check calling with this hand because very often it gets checked through to the river since we are out of position.

Shove preflop no need to put yourself in a tough position on flop with your stack size. You will miss the flop more often than not.
As played shove flop and hope your opponent calls with a draw

you have more than 10 bb so i dont think i would shove all in with aj preflop. however after the flop with these board i think you should shove all in because there is a big chance that you are ahead. villain might have a flush draw or an ace with a lower kicker so shoving all in in the flop is the right choice here.

A common misconception is that you should only be playing push/fold if your stack is <10bb. While there are plenty of spots, often around the 12-16bb mark where minraising will make more sense than shoving, I don't feel this is one of them. Shoving will always be +cEV with AJ here and we avoid a tough decision when we get 3bet or whiff the flop completely.

Shove preflop for the fact that you can get it in against smaller pocket pairs.
