Using the new hand converter. Wait for an Ax or going all-in with 10bb +or- with any two cards to try to improve the odds? I would like to know how you would play this hand when the game is more turbo.

Against their actual holdnings you got it in good, but as a default I would not call with AJ, when two other players are already all in. UTG only had 5 blinds left and were facing a situation, where more than a third of his stack would go forced in during the next two hands. So I am not so worried about, what he is shipping it with. CO however was risking his full 20BB stack against BTN, so KQs is probably right at the bottom of his range and kind of a best case scenario for you.

With 2 allins before you, AJo will rarely be in great shape. But you do only have 8 BB, so calling there isn't bad. I tend to fold in that situation and wait for a spot where I can at least be the aggressor. You've just been through the blinds, so have 1 more round where your all in will have fold equity.

For this freeroll - easy call with AJ (o), especially at the beginning of the tournament, because u need more chips for hyper turbo. By the way, today finished at 15 place, my own fault, did not finish 9 places to prizes. :(

In a non turbo game mode this is an easy fold.
You are ahead of UTG, but CO will have you dominated most of the times.
Knowing that this is a hyper turbo and a freeroll, is what makes the decision tricky.
Have you seen CO calling all ins with a tight range previously (AQ+, TT+)?
If so you can fold.
It sucks having less than 10bb's, but you need to make the most profitable decision on the long run.

You've just been through the blinds, so have 1 more round where your all in will have fold equity.

I think, this is a pretty important point. We are not the next to have fun with the blinds, and with a bit of luck maybe we can get to open shove one of the next 6 hands, which is generally more favourable than overcalling and playing a 3-way all in.
