I would have shoved pre-flop, you gave your oppenents too good of odds to call both pre-flop and then by having a reduced stack, post-flop as well. You had very little fold equity either time. Q4s is not a good hand by any means so ideally your 3 bet shove gets through and you pick up some chips that way, not really a hand you want people to call.

I believe that you should fold preflop and not because the outcome wasn’t good for you. MP raised pre, now you didn’t have enough bbs to push him out from the hand even if you decided to go all in pre and a MP folding here is unlikely. If everyone folded to you, you could consider to steal with all in only.

This is clearly a fold. There is no way you are going to steal the pot being that short stacked.

Which a stack this short you should be in push and fold mode. If it had folded around to you on BTN, I would not mind to push with this hand, even its a bit loose. But when someone else have entered already, you need something much stronger than Q4s to get involved. So this should just have been a fold preflop, and its not even close.
