I would shove this hand.

Villain is short so I'm more isolating to be heads up with him. You will be in a coin flip alot but dominating a good % too.

Sometimes they wake up with the top of their range but I'm going with the JJ here to help pad our stack for a final table run.

Shoving is good here but one thing I would wonder is why villain raised instead of shoving an 11B stack? Could be nothing but sometimes people do that with premium hands.

Hero shove. BTN range wide if you pay PF, playing the JJ set value is not legal. The UTG, may have smaller pairs.

Shove every time you are in this type of situation.

I folded.

Flop came 9-9-4

UTG goes all in. Button calls
UTG shows AA
Button shows QQ
==========================

Every time I have seen a <14 BB stack raise and not shove all in pre flop, both playing and watching online twitch streamers, the short stack always, ALWAYS shows AA.

I saw it again last night on ACR

I see them do this with way worse than JJ.

I wouldn't look too much into results but JJ should be a shove there.

Is a clear shove, if you have to pay more than a third of your stack, then go allin. You will protect your pair and eliminate the danger that the button could get a top pair on the flop. If the button pay with an A, then you also have the possibility to take a set on the flop or in the others street. But i think that the button only pay the raise, maybe he just go to conect something cheap, and dont gonna pay your shove.
